Subscription Refund and Returns Policy

Annual Subscription Refund and Returns

  • Full Refund Eligibility: If you find that our magazine does not meet your expectations for annual subscriptions, you can cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription start date for a full refund. This policy ensures a risk-free opportunity to experience what KOL Social Magazine offers.
  • After the First 30 Days: If you decide to cancel your subscription after the initial 30-day period, we will stop your subscription from the next billing cycle onwards. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made after the first 30 days of the subscription start date or the annual renewal date. However, you will continue to access all subscriber benefits until your current billing period ends.

Monthly Subscriptions Refund and Returns

 You may cancel your subscription anytime, but refunds are not offered. Your subscription will end after your current billing cycle.

Non-Renewal Refund and Returns

To avoid renewal, subscribers must notify KOL Social Magazine 30 days before renewal.

Single Issue Purchases Refund and Returns

Due to the nature of our product, returns or refunds for single-issue purchases are not typically offered. However, if your issue arrives damaged or you receive the wrong issue, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Digital Access Refund and Returns

Refunds are only possible for digital subscriptions or single digital issue purchases if you have not accessed any digital content. We cannot offer a refund once you have downloaded or accessed digital content.

Web-Format Digital Subscription: Trial Period Refund and Returns

Our KOL Social Magazine Web format subscription may come with a trial period that allows you to experience the full benefits of the magazine without commitment. To ensure that you are not charged if you decide not to continue with your subscription beyond the trial period, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the trial period ends.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your trial subscription through your account settings on our website or contact us directly.
  • Cancellation Confirmation: Once you request a cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please keep this email for your records.
  • After the Cancellation Deadline: If you do not cancel your trial subscription at least 48 hours before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically continue, and you will be charged the subscription fee for the next billing cycle.

This policy is designed to give you complete control over your subscription choices while allowing us to provide uninterrupted service to our subscribers.

Delivery Issues

If you experience consistent issues with magazine delivery (e.g., not receiving issues), please contact our customer service. We will extend your subscription for the missed issues or provide a suitable resolution.

How to Request a Refund or Returns

To request a refund or report a delivery issue, please contact our customer service with your subscription details and the reason for the request. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
