1. Subscription Terms and Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to purchasing a subscription to The KOL Social, which includes single-copy purchases. The term “subscription” shall include the purchase of a single edition of The KOL Social.

2. Subscription Order and Acceptance

2.1 By clicking “Proceed to Payment” to complete your online order, you are offering to subscribe, which, if accepted by us, will result in a legally binding contract. We will send you a confirmation to acknowledge our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to reject or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.

2.2 If your card has already been debited, but we do not accept your order, we will inform you and immediately refund your card in full. The outcome of the authorisation request to your card issuer will be communicated to you via the email address you provide. We are not responsible for any communication failure if you have provided an incorrect email or postal address.

3. Payments

3.1 Subscriptions can be paid online via Stripe by debit or credit card.

4. Card Payment

4.1 If you are under 18 or are not using your own payment card to pay for the subscription, you must have permission from the cardholder before entering payment details. By clicking “Submit Order”, you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the cardholder.

5. Personal Information

5.1 We will only use your personal information (name, address, email address, and payment card details) to fulfil your order and contact you about your subscription. Unless a member of our staff has been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer due to unauthorised access by a third party to the information you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your card details.

6. Delivery

6.1 We will deliver the KOL Social magazine to the address you provide when placing your order. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery of the first issue. We are not responsible for failure to deliver the magazine if you have supplied us with an incorrect address.

7. Subscription Start Date

7.1 Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will begin from the next available issue. Requests for alternative start dates must be made in writing to us.

8. Cancellation

8.1 Cancellation must be advised in writing and will terminate from the end of the current subscription period. UNLESS OTHERWISE ADVISED, the KOL Social will continue to be sent until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be given.

9. Address Amendments

9.1 Please confirm all changes in writing to us. If you change your address to an area outside of your regular postal rate, we will advise you of the rate change.

10. Price Information

10.1 Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of our website will prevail for UK subscriptions. Prices include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable).

11. Promotions

11.1 Where a promotion for a print subscription is available to new customers or subscribers only, this is defined as not having subscribed to KOL Social in print format for two years or more. 

12. Variation

12.1 We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time upon giving prior written notice.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.

14. Entire Agreement

14.1 These Terms and Conditions supersede any contrary terms or conditions published by us in relation to any order placed by you with us.
